UI Developer
Location: Dallas, Texas/Remote/Work from Home
Job Summary:
The User Interface Developer will be a member of the development team for LOCKTERA’s SHARE product.  This role will be focused on LOCKTERA’s User Interface, a Web 2.0 front end which includes such technologies as the Flux design pattern, React, mobx, Javascript (including ES6), AJAX, JSON, ExtJS, and CSS. 
 
Candidates will also be required to implement server-side resources for exposing data to the UI using technologies such as JAX-RS, and COSMOS.  Additional responsibilities may include development of UIs for other devices, including iPhone, iPad, Android and other mobile platforms

Essential Functions:
Education:

• BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or work experience demonstrating competency.

Experience and Skills:

• Analyzing and documenting technical requirements
• Assisting with User Interface design, including layouts, workflows and human interaction.  (Graphic design skills are not required but a plus.)
• Producing design documents and participating in design reviews
• Writing code, unit tests, and build/deployment scripts
• Participating in code reviews
• Executing performance/scalability tests & profiling hotspots
• Collaborating with other developers to design solutions and debug problems
